-m-e-s-h- is a group show that is taking over Broadway Market.
All the work is made by artists using stitch.

m-e-s-h-private-viewFor nine days thirty artists showed two and three dimensional work in three different venues along this colourful road.

This group exhibition celebrated the joy of the object. The work uses a variety of different techniques and materials as diverse as goose eggs, industrial flex and organza.

Social, domestic and artistic issues are investigated using parodies of minimalist work, extreme samplers and investigations of ageing. The exhibition is unified by the literal and metaphorical threads between all the artist’s work.
