Fabrications is based on Broadway Market, just South of London Fields, and North of Regents Canal, West of Mare Street and East of Kingsland Road.

Broadway Market has been undergoing regeneration in the last five years and now boasts new shops, craft outlets, a beauty salon, bars and award winning restaurants with a growing Saturday Farmers style and other speciality, quality items street market.

It is 10 mins walk away from Bethnal Green Tube (Central line) and Hackney Central, London Fields, Cambridge Heath (Overland trains). The area is well serviced by buses, with Nos 394 and 236 passing by each end of the Market Street. Alternatively enjoy a cycle ride up the Grand Union Canal.
