Fawood Children’s Centre commission (Brent)

A new nursery for under 5’s designed by Alsop Architects. The build aimed to use recycled, eco friendly or materials from renewable sources. The loose furnishings play equipment and furniture also reflected this ethos whilst remaining funky and child friendly. Barley Massey was approached to come up with some loose furnishings concepts. These included the ‘Spare Tyre Seats’ pictured - reusing old scooter tyres.
